Resonance Feeder with Easy Control

The resonance feeder uses an electromagnet as a drive source to feed, log, and convey powder.

With easy adjustment of the oscillation, minute amounts can be fed or logged, making this feeder optimal for insertion into weighing equipment.

Features
  1. Large Processing Capacity
    With double magnets, the large model (MFW) has 1.5times the feeding performance of conventional electromagnetic systems with the same trough.
  2. Easy Operation and Control
    A special controller enables stable operation while varying the oscillation and performing two-stage control.
  3. Low Noise
    The large model (MFW) is approximately 10dB quieter than conventional electromagnetic systems.
  4. Decreased Coasting
    Operation is smooth and there is little coasting when the feeder stops.
Applications
  1. Logging
    Logging from hoppers with a variety of powders or other materials, such as raw mineral ore, coke, or foods.
  2. Weighing Equipment
    Feeding materials for hopper scales or other measuring equipment.
